Diamonds and ice.............

I stopped by this beautiful stream on my way home from church this morning..............our little church on the hill-as it's always been known ......was rocked to it's core a few months ago by a scandal no one or family should have to endure.......but we are forging onward and have become stronger and more grounded and more aware of ourselves and our obligations and commitments to each other and the world beyond.  It has been a time of uncertainty, sadness, anger, but growth and belief in our greater God has kept us going and brought us together again and made us stronger in our faith then ever.
It was always taught to us that one man does not make a church-we are all the pastors of our church......and so we have found.......hope grows......love endures.........and faith continues at our little church on the hill..........

This stream was freezing cold-the air windy and very cold-but inside our hearts it was warm still.....

Peace, Rain

Beautiful sun filled blue sky photos . . . some things are just so miserably difficult to understand. It sounds like you have "wrapped your arms around one another" instead of the unfortunate drama!

Love that - hope grows, love endures and faith continues. So sorry for so much endurance needed.
