Tomorrow we continue on up the coast to Maine........

Took these photos last week at Naples new Botanical Gardens-they had dozens of different waterlilys in their water gardens.



 The sun was really too bright for my little camera-but I'm not complaining mind you!!



 This was my dear friend Claire's favorite flower-I so miss her laugh and generous spirit!

water lilies! one of my favorite flowers. Aren't the colors spectacular. When I was a girl and we lived alongside this small lake, we used to row to the other side, reach in the water and PULL to snap a single stem. I would keep my nose in the flower most of the rest of the day. They smelled kind of like vanilla. I sure am envious. The photos of your feet in the sand just about did me in! Have fun on your coastal trip...
