Dec-Jan continued........


Several inches of ice and snow can't dissuade real Mainers- or as we 
Say-Mainahs- we don't accowledge most "r's"!!!!!
Thanksgiving was recelebrated a wk after Christmas.....
Our soldiers were home and out comes the redneck deep fryer for 
             the turkey....... With turkey's cooking it !!
                           Fun- yum!!!


                Kids of all ages had fun.....

The side window of my truck.......ice...... Two weeks after 
                 the.........
                           Ice storm.........
     I figured it would be thawed by the time I reached
                        North Carolina.......
        As much as I hated to leave this little guy.......
                     
                     And family ...........
             Florida was calling me......


              It was cold........-20 the last few days I was there...




We packed my truck...... It had rained had all day-freezing
            and the driveway......on a hill...... was a sheet of
          ICE............... ....had my ice grippers on......
    and still went sailing by the truck.......grabbing onto
 the antenna as I went by...... My guy grabbed me....
                  buckled me in and said "go"
                before you fall and break a hip!!!!  Ha.... I was
                              Gone!!!

Waving goodbye........ Saying see ya later.........

                  First stop~~~~~~
 ................... Grand-Clara in Connecticut.........
       they left their Christmas tree up for me.......

So many happy memories around the love of this
              Tree....... My best friend- Claire.......
                 Clara's grandmother in Heaven.....
      Oh the love and laughs we shared.....and 
            Ornaments we made and exchanged....

                   Alanna and Clara........
          She's grown so much....... 7 months.......




     Isn't she beautiful .......... Love her............****

Important note here......the difference in photos between a
7 month old and 3 yr old- still able to get a non blurry shot!!!!
        LOL...........




                  Two teeth......

Continuing ......
........ on the trip...... Next stop NYC..... Across the
Hudson River actually..... Edgewater, New Jersey.....
 


Beautiful churches along the country roads towards
        the interstate first.......Conn. is beautiful.....

Oh Rain they are the most beautiful children and I can see it would be hard to leave but the thought of warmth makes me wonder about getting in an icy truck and heading south too:) Have fun be warm and think of me:) Hug B
