Heading to New Hampshire for 3 day scrapbooking weekend with family/friends! Will be cut a day short -to come home for my aunt Julias funeral. She was 95 and had a wonderful, full, and simple life as a mother-wife-sister-friend. She loved and was loved by many.

So 23 miles from home.....after 500 miles.....my dependable ole little truck has a tussle with a cement culvert and mud hole and lost-after taking out a section of horse fencing....I'm fine-except quite lame and bruised this am. The police and man who helped me out couldn't believe I walked away. My guardian angel was on my shoulder again. Truck is totaled.

This fence held in a stalion-thank goodness he was in the back pasture...

So thankful I'm home to my family and this little guy......

Elf Christmas stocking

This is the Christmas stocking I made for Alden this past Christmas-his first! The penguin in pulling a little tractor! The toe is stuff a little to hold it's shape-hand stitched with buttonhole stitch around and bells on the little green and toe!!
